Company History

Materials and Systems Research, Inc. (MSRI) was founded in 1990 by Center Director Dr. Anil V. Virkar. and Dr. Dinesh K. Shetty. Since that time MSRI has expanded into a 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art research, testing, and production facility. MSRI’s facilities include over 15 high-temperature furnaces, three ovens, a surface grinder, two tape casting machines, an isostatic press, a laminating press, and six fuel cell testing systems.
