Some helpful comments:

1. Request for Proposal - PLEASE include an email address and fill out the required fields.  Several optional fields do not apply, please ignore these.

2. This is the actual written RFP.  It explains the purposes of objectives of the program and provides samples of the questions and information needed.

3. This webform (please fill out the online version, NOT the download version!) is a summary of key qualifications and experience in taking new technologies to market and helping foster new business creation

4. This webform allows you to select areas of interest (4 total) and to highlight relevant experience in those areas.  The program seeks market expertise wherever possible as this is demonstrated to accelerate the creation of sound go-to-market strategies.

5. This webform requests a couple of paragraphs as a summary of your relevant early stage experience, requests your consulting rate and identification of your employment and your weekly availability.  It also includes instructions on how to upload your resume (see note on "Place Offer Button")

6. The terms and conditions must be accepted (at bottom of page) in order for your submission to be processed.

7.  Place Offer Button (bottom center of page) - this takes you to the final submission page.  You MUST upload your resume in PDF format and any related attachments on THIS PAGE (see instructions, upper right hand corner).  Follow the instructions until you are told your submission is complete.  (I suggest requesting a confirmation email).
