• Rural Application (PDF document)
  For companies moving to rural counties in the State (all counties except Salt Lake, Utah, Weber, and Davis).  
• Corporate Application (PDF document)
  For companies which meet the criteria for economic development but do not fit in the above named categories.
• Grama Form (PDF document)
  For companies requiring specific information to be kept confidential.
