Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA)
To request records held by GOED, a GRAMA form must be completed and signed. This form may be faxed or mailed to one of the contacts listed below, as appropriate. Use the sample form obtainable at: http://attorneygeneral.utah.gov/GRAMA.html. Additional information about GRAMA and the process is also available from the Attorney General's Web site. If you prefer, you may contact one of the offices below for a form.
NOTE: As authorized by GRAMA, there may be a fee required to obtain requested information. If information requested is readily available and the cost is under $5 to gather the material, there will be no charge. Therefore, it is to the requestor's benefit to give a detailed description of information sought (i.e., years of employment, last department employed, etc.).
