Welcome to the New “Science in Utah” webpage. As anyone can imagine there is a lot of
science in Utah. From small to large, ancient to current, research to applied, science in Utah
covers the entire spectrum of science and technology. We have unique pre-historic finds in many regions of our state and Utah science is part of the “Mission to Mars”. Utah scientists are working on microchips and machines at the “nano” scale as well as measuring the effects of time, weather, and global warming on the 2 million acre Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument.

This website is a gate to many of the interesting scientific sights in Utah. It is meant to provide science in an interesting and community-based approach.
